Have him get a full body wax, including his eyebrows (thin and arched). Have the woman do his make-up heavy - Smokey eyes, lots of blush, bright red lipstick - don't forget the slut mole....lol....then get his hair dyed blonde with pink highlights....have his nails done in acrylics - OPI ';Chick Flick Cherry';.

If he only gets to be a girl for 3 days, you might as well show him off. Dress him as slutty as you can. Big fake boobs. Low cut, tight blouse. Short skirt. Thong. High heel boots. Spare no expense.
Or go to a costume store. Pick out a naughty schoolgirl or a nun or other embarrasing costume.
Dress him as a maid and call all your friends over (and his) for a party. Make him serve the drinks. Be sure to drop things and make him pick them up.
This is the reason I don't generally take bet, BTW. I enjoy watching other people suffer for their stupidity, and make sure I don't get put in those situations.
I'm guessing the salon is done, but the outfits may be coming. Be nice, but not too nice. Ive done this for Halloween platform heels are a good choice because they aren't hard to walk in. Knee length skirts are also good, and long sleeve nice shirts or tee shirts and tight jeans. However, id say make him shave seeing its for three days only because he will be going out in public, and if hes passable as a girl it will not ruin it. Get him a suit; tell him he has to wear it for 3 days straight without changing, well of course to wash it and showe but walking around with long purple and blonde hair with a men suit on would look histaricle.

Eyelashes, lip gloss, blush, big hoop earrings, a wig with long blond curls like Ashley Tisdale. At the mall get him a padded bra, panty hose, a nice dress that comes above his knees and of course a nice pair of high heels. Oh and don't forget the purse! ROTFL!!! Send us pics!!!
you should buy him some PINK or really gurly high heels! and maybee a tank top that says ';i love my boyfriend';, that would be HILARIOUS! for bottoms, you should get him a really girly skirt! there ya go, a great idea! XD
