1) look at it and consider buying something
OR
2) give the brochure to someone you think may be interested
OR
3) throw the brochure out
Wed. 6-18-08If a beauty rep left a brochure at your house, would you be ok with it?
Well, if its an Avon brochure, I'd look. Everyone likes to look at the Avon books.
I doubt I would give it to anyone. I might order something, or throw it away.
If it's anything else, I would look, but throw it away.If a beauty rep left a brochure at your house, would you be ok with it?
It depends on the brochure. I would look at an Avon catalouge, but I would throw an Arbonne brochure away because they are unethical in how they describe their products.
I have been a representative for both companies and found that even if I distributed 500 brochures that way I would only get one or two sales, even at Christmas. I lost money on it.
You forgot
4) Call the chamber of Commerce and report it.
It is illegal (in most cities) to leave things on private property without a permit. It is a federal crime to leave it in a mail box. I only report people who knock on my door (call the police) and anyone who opens my mail box.
Avon is the only company I would think about buying from, but i would rather get the catalog via someone I knew.
1- depends on how well I know the rep. If a friend I would feel like I would have to order something. I would order if prices were reasonable
2- No I really wouldnt give it to someone I know.
3- Yes If prices werent reasonable, and I wasnt interested in the product, I would toss it easily.
It would depend on:
1) whether I needed any beauty products
2) whether I know someone that might be interested
3) whether I'd had a bad day
I'd throw it out.
