What do you think the standard of beauty is for the ____ race?

Choose a race and tell me what you think the standard of beauty is. No lectures please. I assure you there is a method behind my madness and it is not to promote mayhem.

Don't worry about offending anyone. State your honest opinion (within community guidelines of coure, because I would hate to have your answer deleted). What do you think the standard of beauty is for the ____ race?

It's sad to see all of the blacks saying light skinned black women are better. It's like you don't like your own kind. Is that why you call each other nig-er* all of the time? Sad.

*Yes, I know some people claim nig-er and nig-a are different, but I don't buy it. Replacing ';er'; with ';a'; is common in ebonics...like trigga=trigger. Still has the same meaning.
I can't believe I am reading that the standard of beauty for black women is 'light skin' and 'straight hair' when naturally, a black women has got dark skin and kinky hair!

Black women are obviously not appreciated by you guys.

I think standard of beauty is not a colour or race things. It's just human. Symetrical features, smooth skin with uniforum colour, beautiful hair, eyes. Nice shape.

When I think about black women, I think about Jill Scott, Erikah Badhu, Lauryn Hill, who are all proud of their black heritage.

I think on the contrary Beyonce Knowles, with her wigs betrays the image of the black women.

She is a black women who is trying to be white.
for the native American woman..

1.her inner beauty

2.her wisdom

3.her long beautiful black hair, the longer the prettier.

4.her copper skin.

5.her ability to be a mother to all children.

6.her deep love for the earth mother

7.her spirituality.

8.her ability to be a warrior when she is a woman.

9.the way she adorns herself.

10.she is most beautiful when she becomes a grandmother
For a white female person

1. Medium to long length natural blonde hair

2. Green or blue eyes

3. Almost pale or pale skin

4. Medium sized breasts

5. Slender but not like a twig

6. Tall

For a white male person

1. Long black or dark brown hair

2. Brown or Green eyes

3. Almost pale or pale skin

4. Physically Fit

5. Tall
The standard of beauty (women) for me:

Brown skin

Brown eyes

Full lips

Curly dark hair

Slim to average body figure

Petite to average height

Yeah....... I am a deviant when it comes to certain things.
How can light skin be the standard of beauty for black people. When majority of black people are brown.

They are just describing a mixed woman. Not a black woman
I am a white redneck computer nerd, and the ultimate human standard of beauty in my eyes is large head, small puny featureless body, silvery gray skin, no hair - face, body, or head, large jet black eyes, short stature, and microscopic genitalia. This applies to both sexes. My friend's opinion stresses green scaly skin, a muscular build, a large muscular tail, and a deep reptilian voice.
For a Black Woman

-Long and straight hair

-hourglass figure

-a big butt

-big breasts

-light skin

-light eyes
I believe every person has their own beauty. Try to be neat, clean, look your best, behave well ....
Latin Caribbean people is Mixed people. Period any kind of mix hair or standard as long as it is mixed looking brown or light just mixed period. this is the standard for most in Dominican Republic,Puerto Rico and Cuba.

For Black people which is what we are mixed with light skin is the standard for beauty it is beautiful not white but light skin. Beyonce,Alicia Keys, Kat De Luna are perfection.

I hat eto let you guys know this but for all standards of beauty light skin will be and has been the standard of beauty....and all people will look like this in a few years. MIXED with everything!Trust me if you don't your children will just like the CAribbean already has a head start.

Or at least that's what I have come to the conclusion that it is.

For all the confused people, the question asked was what was the STANDARD of beauty for said race. By that I take it that the poster wants to know what the SOCIETAL standard of beauty for said race is.

I personally find all shades of women to be beautiful but the ones considered beautiful by the masses are light-skinned and have long, straight hair. This cannot be denied. It's a truth that you have to face.
